Memory RX Inbox (Divided Data RX Inbox)
When the machine receives a large I-fax document which has been divided into several parts before being sent, the Divided Data RX Inbox in the Memory RX Inbox stores the divided data, and automatically combines it into a single I-fax document. After the document has been combined, it is printed, forwarded, or stored in memory in the same way as when a regular I-fax document is received.
NOTE
|
If it takes longer than 24 hours to receive all the parts of a divided I-fax data, only the received data is processed and you cannot receive the rest. For information on the timeout setting, see " Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings."
If the message prompting you to enter the password appears, enter the number registered in Memory RX Inbox PIN in Set Fax/I-Fax Inbox in Common Settings in Receive/Forward in Function Settings (Settings/Registration). (See " Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings.")

Deleting Divided Data in the Divided Data RX Inbox
You can print and delete the divided data while the machine is receiving the divided data.
1.
Press [Memory RX Inbox] on the Memory RX Selection screen → press [Divided Data RX Inbox].
2.
Select the data to delete → press [Delete].
To delete the document without printing it, deselect [Print When Deleted].
If you force the machine to print the document which is being deleted, only the data which has already been received is combined to form the document. Data which can be combined to form complete pages is printed, and any remaining data is deleted without being printed.
IMPORTANT
|
If you delete the divided data, it cannot be combined to form a document even if the remaining divided data is received later.
As the divided data is not valid image data, it will not be printed correctly.
If the divided data is deleted while the forwarding settings or the Memory Lock mode is being set to the divided data, any process for the forced printed image will not be performed.
