Standard Local Print Settings
You can change default settings for the machine. The Standard Local Print Settings are used in the following cases:
If you print stored files in a mail box using Remote UI
NOTE
To change the default settings for Access Stored File, see "Specifying the Stored File Settings."

1.
Press  → [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Print Settings] → [Local Print Default Settings].

Select the desired standard local print settings for each mode → press [OK].
[Select Paper]:
Select the paper source.
[No. of Prints]:
Set the number of copies from 1 to 9,999 sets.
[Finishing]:
Set the type of collating.
[2-Sided Printing]:
Set whether to perform two-sided printing.
[Delete File After Printing]:
Set whether to delete a document from memory after it prints.
[Merge Files and Print]:
Set whether to merge documents, if you select multiple documents that are stored in a mail box for printing.
