You can specify the display settings of the store location that is displayed when [Scan and Store] or [Access Stored Files] is pressed.
If the display for all four store locations (Mail Box, Advanced Space, Network, and Memory Media) is set to 'On'
If the display for Memory Media is set to 'Off'

Press 
→ [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Store Location Display Settings].
→ [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Store Location Display Settings].2.
Select [On] or [Off] for [Mail Box], [Advanced Space/Network], or [Memory Media].
