You can print color a document in grayscale.

The display may differ according to the operating system, as well as the type and version of the printer driver.

1.
Select the name of the printer you are using from [Printer] in the [Print] dialog box, then select the [Quality] preferences pane.
For details about how to display the [Print] dialog box and preferences panes, see "Printing with the Printer Driver."
The [Quality] preferences pane is displayed.
2.
Select [Black and White] from [Color Mode].

Click [Print].
