Allowing a User without Registered E-Mail Address to Send
When a login service is used, you can set whether to allow sending by a logged in user without a registered e-mail address.

1.
Press  → [Function Settings] → [Send] →[E-Mail/I-Fax Settings] → [Allow Sending to Unregistered Destinations].
2.
Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].
[On]:
If [Set Authorized User Destination to Sender] is set to 'On', the e-mail address registered for the logged in user is displayed as the sender's name in From section for the recipient. If an e-mail address is not registered, you cannot send. If [Set Authorized User Destination to Sender] is set to 'Off', the address registered as the device information is displayed for the recipient. (See "Setting Authorized User E-Mail Address as the Sender.")
[Off]:
If [Set Authorized User Destination to Sender] is set to 'On', the e-mail address registered for the logged in user is displayed as the sender's name in From section for the recipient. If an e-mail address is not registered or [Set Authorized User Destination to Sender] is set to 'Off', the address registered as the device information is displayed for the recipient.
