You can set whether to display the time in 24-hour notation or 12-hour notation.

Press 
→ [Preferences] → [Timer/Energy Settings] → [Time Format].
→ [Preferences] → [Timer/Energy Settings] → [Time Format].2.
Select [24 Hour] or [12 Hour] → press [OK].
