You can specify settings for the time until files in all of the mail boxes are deleted automatically, as well as whether to print upon storing from the printer driver.

If these settings have been previously specified for individual mail boxes, the settings set in [Settings for All Mail Boxes] are given priority, regardless of password settings for each mail box.
If settings for individual mail boxes are changed after specifying settings in [Settings for All Mail Boxes], the settings for each individual mail box are given priority.
