You can set to display the message indicating that the remaining paper loaded in a paper drawer is low.

Press 
→ [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Display Remaining Paper Message].
→ [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Display Remaining Paper Message].2.
Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].
