You can specify whether to accept or reject print and network scan jobs from computers that do not correspond with a registered Department ID.

→ [Management Settings] → [User Management] → [Department ID Management].
→ [Management Settings] → [User Management] → [Department ID Management]. 2.
Press [On].
3.
Select [On] or [Off] → press [OK].
