System applications can be started and stopped from the [System Management] page.

Click [Enhanced System Application Management].
The page where you can specify various settings, such as system applications and login services, is displayed.

Click [Start] for the application to start.
A license agreement screen may be displayed, depending on the application. Read the agreement. If you abide with the agreement, accept.
If the application has started correctly, the status of the specified system application is 'Started'.

Click [Stop] for the application to stop.
If the application has stopped correctly, the status of the specified system application is 'Stopped'.
