<Details>: You can select the specific screen if you selected <Copy/Print>, <Send>, or <Receive> in <Default Status Type>.

<Display Fax Function>

You can set the machine to display the Fax function on the Main Menu screen. If you want the fax function to be displayed on the Main Menu screen, you can select whether or not to display the fax function in <Scan and Send>. By displaying the fax function in <Scan and Send>, you can send to various destinations using different sending methods, such as e-mail and I-fax, at the same time.

<Store Location Display Settings>

You can specify the display settings for the store location that appears when you press <Scan and Store> or <Access Stored Files>.

<Switch Language/Keyboard>

You can select the language/keyboard displayed on the touch panel display.

<Language>: Select a language from the list.

You can display the button that enables you to swich the language and keyboard layout. The button is displayed in the lower-right of the screen.

<Use Keyboard Shift Lock Feature>

If you press <Shift> on the keyboard screen, you can enter an uppercase letter. You can specify the shift lock settings for entering uppercase letters continuously or for entering texts which begin with an uppercase letter.

<Display Remaining Paper Message>

You can set to display a message indicating that the remaining paper loaded in a paper source is low.

<No. of Copies/Job Duration Status>

The number of copies specified and the approximate time before the current job completes are displayed on the bottom line of the touch panel display.

<Paper Type Selection Screen Priority>

You can set whether to prioritize the simple or detailed setting screen when you display the screen to select the paper type.
