Configuring the Print Settings Beforehand
The procedure for configuring the page settings prior to printing is as follows.
Note
In Mac OS X 10.5.x, the [Page Setup] dialog box differs according to the application software.
The screen may differ according to the operating system, as well as the type and version of the printer driver.
1.
Select [Page Setup] from [File] menu of the application software.
The [Page Setup] dialog box is displayed.
2.
Select [Page Attributes] from [Settings].
The [Page Attributes] preferences pane is displayed.
3.
Select the printer name of the printer you are using from [Format for] → specify the paper size, paper orientation, and scale.
4.
Select [Save As Default] from [Settings].
The settings are saved as the default settings.
5.
Click [OK].
